Perth Radiological Clinic was proud to be asked to speak at a morning tea at St Mary’s Anglican School for Girls in Karrinyup last week as part of the Cancer Council’s Australia’s Biggest Morning Tea for Cancer fundraiser. The team from PRC spoke about the role of mammography and ultrasound in the screening, diagnosis and early detection of breast cancer. The morning tea was attended by about 75 mums from the school and was a great success, raising over $1500 for the Cancer Council. Many women shared their stories about their experience with having a mammogram and/or ultrasound examination.
