PRC Direct is changing to InteleConnect

PRC Direct

For a number of years, PRC Direct has played an important role in delivering both results and images to our Referrers and Hospital Partners. With advancements in technology and an ever-evolving security landscape, PRC Direct will be decommissioned in favour of using the Intelerad InteleConnect software which provides equivalent, if not more capability than PRC Direct.

The migration process from PRC Direct to InteleConnect has commenced and will be completed by 31st October 2024. Current PRC Direct users will be provided with more information, instructions and assistance when your PRC Direct account is scheduled for migration.

InteleConnect allows clinicians secure access to patient images and reports from any web-enabled device via an online portal

Once your InteleConnect account has been set up, you will be emailed a link along with your log in information.
