Dr Karen Falk

Dr Karen Falk joined PRC’s team of expert Radiologists in 2022, bringing extensive expertise in Musculoskeletal and Sports Medicine imaging.

Dr Falk graduated in Medicine from the University of NSW. Following this, Karen trained in Radiology at the Prince of Wales Hospital group in Sydney and Stanford University Hospital in California USA, completing a two year Fellowship in MRI at Stanford University Hospital, focusing on Musculoskeletal Imaging.

Karen brings more than 25 years of experience in private practice Radiology. She has held numerous Private and Public Hospital based Radiology appointments in NSW, ACT and QLD. Her career has involved clinical radiology as well as managerial and teaching roles.

Karen has a wealth of experience in Musculoskeletal and Sports Medicine Imaging, providing Radiology services to multiple professional sporting institutions, teams and athletes during her career, notably the Australian Institute of Sport, Australian Olympic athletes, Cricket Australia, ACT Brumbies, Brisbane Broncos and Canberra Raiders.

Karen’s other radiological interests include Ultrasound, DEXA and Teleradiology.
Currently living on Australia’s east coast, Karen provides remote reporting for Perth Radiological Clinic.
