Below is a list of requirements for you to follow prior to your procedure.

Collect Preparation from one of our Clinics.
As part of your preparation you will be required to alter your diet and take Picolax medication.
Day BEFORE Examination.
Follow the instructions per preparation sheet collected from clinic.
From Midnight
Nothing to eat. Small sips of water for thirst are ok.
Do continue to take your regular medication as normal.
Do bring your reading glasses with you.
You will be required to complete some paperwork on arrival, if you require reading glasses please bring them with you
Do bring your Referral, Medicare, Concession and DVA Card and any previous related scans to your appointment.

Does any of the following apply to you? If so please contact us as soon as possible.

  • You have a pacemaker.
  • You have had surgery to your heart, head or ear.
  • You have ever had an eye injury caused by a metal object.
  • You weigh 200kg or more.
  • The patient is non-english speaking and requires us to arrange an interpreter to be present at the appointment.
