Perth Radiological Clinic’s PACS to PACS transfer is available to public healthcare and private radiology providers.

By using PRC’s Imaging Retrieval Application, users will be able to access patients’ prior images and reports through a secure application.

Using PACS to PACS

  • Go to: https://imagerequest.perthradclinic.com.au
  • Click the “Sign Up” button located in the top right hand corner of the screen.
  • Complete the sign up form.
  • Once complete click the Sign Up button at the bottom of the form.

Confirmation instructions will be sent to the email provided in the form, please read and agree to the Terms and Conditions.

Note: Passwords must contain uppercase & lowercase alphabet, at least one number and one special character (i.e. ! @ # $ %).
