We operate in a sub-speciality model, where appropriate cases are assigned to specialist groups. This means radiologists in clinics have time to provide medical leadership and oversight, whilst being supported by subspecialist groups working in their preferred specialty. We provide a comprehensive CPD program, which meets RANZCR standards and provides expert and timely feedback.

Many of our radiologists balance working in our clinic and hospital sites, with occasional remote reporting sessions from their home location, and other flexible working
practices.
Working across clinic and hospital sites provides the unique opportunity to work with in-patient and out-patient cases, something our radiologists say adds an interesting
dimension in their workdays.
PRC also offers on-call and weekend work, paid at premium rates, to support 24/7 hospital clinics and the four community sites open on weekends.
