Dr Sam Cherian

MBBS, FRCR, FRANZCR

Dr Sam Cherian has been part of PRC’s team of expert radiologists since 2017.

Dr Sam Cherian graduated with a Bachelor of Medicine / Bachelor of Surgery (MBBS) degree in 2004, and subsequently trained through the Western Australian Radiology Training Programme from 2010 to 2015, obtaining fellowships with both Royal College of Radiologists, United Kingdom (FRCR) in 2014, and Royal Australian and New Zealand College of Radiologists (FRANZCR) in 2015.

He worked as a locum consultant with Perth Radiological Clinic and Sir Charles Gairdner Hospital in 2015, before undertaking a Musculoskeletal and Sports Imaging fellowship in 2016 with Fowler Simmons Radiology in South Australia.

He returned to Perth Radiological Clinic in 2017, taking up a position on our team, and was made a partner in 2021. He also holds a Consultant Radiologist appointment at Sir Charles Gairdner Hospital.
