If the patient is referred with a specific request for a unilateral mammogram and there is a reason to suspect Single breast only
the presence of malignancy because of:
The past occurrence of breast malignancy in the patient;
History of breast or ovarian malignancy in members of the patient’s family; or
Symptoms or indications of malignancy found on an examination of the patient by a medical practitioner.
