PACS to PACS Image Transfers

Employees of WA Health Department may apply for access to Perth Radiological Clinic’s PACS to PACS transfer.

By using PRC’s Imaging Retrieval Application, users will be able to access patients’ prior images and reports through a secure application.

Using PACS to PACS

  • Go to: https://imagerequest.perthradclinic.com.au
  • Click the “Sign Up” button located in the top right hand corner of the screen.
  • Complete the sign up form.
  • Once complete click the Sign Up button at the bottom of the form.

If your application is approved, confirmation instructions will be sent to the email provided in the form, please read and agree to the Terms and Conditions.

Note: Passwords must contain uppercase & lowercase alphabet, at least one number and one special character (i.e. ! @ # $ %).
