Follow the route marked by black arrows on the map below.

Enter Gate 5 from Monash Avenue.
Follow the driveway towards the multi-storey car park.
Veer left through the roundabout.
Continue to the next roundabout, turn left, the Hollywood Consulting Centre building is on your left.
Entry to the clinic is from the ground floor carpark.

Parking: There is ticket parking located near the clinic entrance.
