PRC is comprised of a partnership of radiologists (the Perth Radiological Clinic Partnership), and a service company group (the Gamma Investments Group of Companies, headed by Gamma Investments Holdco Pty Ltd ACN 000 572 823) which provides staff, premises, and equipment, as well as other non-operating group companies.
