Perth Radiological Clinic has expanded its PET imaging network with a new service at Armadale North (Kelmscott), improving access to advanced molecular imaging for patients across Perth.
The addition of this site means faster access to PET/CT imaging, with most appointments available within one week and urgent bookings prioritised where needed.
High-quality imaging with clinical impact
PET/CT combines functional and anatomical imaging, helping clinicians detect disease earlier, stage cancer more accurately and monitor treatment response.
The Armadale North service features:
- Modern PET/CT technology with low dose imaging techniques
- Access to FDG and PSMA PET studies
- Reporting by sub-specialist nuclear medicine physicians and radiologists
- Fast report turnaround to support timely care
PET imaging is widely used across oncology, including lung, breast, colorectal and prostate cancers, as well as in neurology such as Alzheimer’s disease and epilepsy assessment.
Five convenient PET locations
PRC now offers PET services across five sites:
- Armadale North (Kelmscott)
- Murdoch Square
- Midland Public Hospital
- Hollywood Medical Centre, Nedlands
- Joondalup (Shenton House)
This network reduces travel time and improves flexibility for patients and referrers.
Specialist-led, patient-focused care
PRC’s PET service is supported by a collaborative team of sub-specialists who contribute to multidisciplinary care and provide clear, clinically relevant reporting. Patients also benefit from a caring team and a streamlined experience from booking through to results.
The launch of Armadale North reflects PRC’s ongoing commitment to delivering high-quality, accessible imaging services across Western Australia.
