If you are unsure if your procedure fits into the above categories, you may attempt to book online and you will be prompted to call if unable to proceed. 

  • On arrival, our reception team will welcome you and confirm your personal details
  • You may be required to complete some paperwork 
  • A technician or assistant will collect you from the waiting room 
  • In some instances, you will be required to change into a gown 
  • The technician or assistant will discuss the procedure with you and what to expect 
  • If you have any questions, please discuss them with our team at any time 
  • Following your procedure, you will be asked to return to reception and pay your bill if required 
  • Please notify the reception team if you have a follow up appointment date with your referring doctor 
  • Your images will be reviewed and reported by one of our specialist radiologists and sent electronically to your referring doctor 
  • In most instances, the results will be available for the referring doctor within 3 business days, however some reports may take longer

  • Patients are bulk billed for most services that can be booked online 
  • If you do not see a time or day available that suits you, please contact our customer support team. We hold some early access appointments which cannot be booked online. These appointments require an out-of-pocket gap fee. These gap fees will be communicated at the time of booking
  • Please refer to the Billing section of our website for more information about prices. If you have any questions about your appointment or fees, please call our customer support team prior to the procedure.
  • If your doctor has advised you that the referral is urgent 
  • If you are unable to locate the correct procedure via our online booking system 
  • If you have an enquiry about an appointment scheduled within the next 48 hours 
  • If you are unsure what procedure you require 
  • If you need assistance locating the clinic for your appointment 
  • You require multiple procedures 
  • If the patient is under 16 years of age
  • Workers compensation and insurance claims
