Rebecca Banks Appointed CEO; Allister Legge CFO

The Board of Perth Radiological Clinic (PRC) is pleased to announce the appointment of Ms Rebecca Banks as Chief Executive Officer.

Rebecca has been Acting Chief Executive Officer (CEO) following the retirement of former CEO Lenka Psar-McCabe in October last year. She joined PRC in January 2019 serving as CFO and COO. Prior to joining PRC, Rebecca held a number of a senior managerial positions at Wesfarmers Group including at Kleenheat Gas and across a number of commercial roles. Prior to Wesfarmers, Rebecca was with PwC, working in Hong Kong for over a decade.

Commenting on her appointment, PRC Chairman, Dr Gavin Chapeikin, said Rebecca’s skills and experience were the perfect fit for the multifaceted needs of the business, its patients and its stakeholder groups.

“Rebecca is the ideal person to lead PRC through its next phase of growth. She has led the business in an acting capacity since October last year, stepping up to the CEO role seamlessly to ensure strong continuity of our business strategy and commitment the highest standards of patient care and professionalism. Having held the dual CFO and COO roles previously, she knows the business back-to-front and brings strong leadership and commercial experience from a distinguished career externally that will be invaluable to PRC on our current growth trajectory,” said Dr Chapeikin.

Allister Legge has also been promoted to Chief Financial Officer (CFO), from the Acting CFO role. Allister joined PRC in May 2019 as Commercial Manager from Wesfarmers Chemicals, Energy and Fertilisers and was promoted to General Manager, Finance & Corporate Services at PRC in July 2020.  Allister is a talented finance executive and brings a strong track record of driving efficiency and commercial discipline during his time with PRC.
