If you have cold or flu symptoms, please test prior to attending our clinic, using a Rapid Antigen Test (RAT) or Polymerase Chain Reaction (PCR) test. If you are Covid 19 positive, please contact us using the link provided below, or call us on 1300 567 046 as soon as possible to cancel and reschedule your appointment. There is no cost for cancelling an appointment due to testing positive for Covid. If you have cold or flu symptoms, but have not tested positive to Covid 19, please either reschedule your appointment or wear a mask at all times in our clinics to protect other patients and our team.

If you have tested positive for Covid 19 or are experiencing cold or flu symptoms and your referral is medically urgent, please contact our team on 1300 567 046 to discuss. You may be redirected to a hospital site where infection controls can be best managed.
