To improve billing transparency, we have created a price guide for Perth Radiological Clinic’s most common services, including bulk billing structures and applicable fees for pension and health care card holders, as well as out-of-pocket costs for other patients. Not all services are listed given we have over 1,000 different service items.
The majority of our services continue to be bulk billed, and the pricing guide attempts to highlight the main exceptions to this rule for common services. Our fee structure is based on the required investigation or procedure, the cost to provide the service, and the level of Medicare contribution.
All medically urgent scans will always be seen, regardless of our billing policy.
Importantly, we have a compassionate billing policy to ensure access to our services for all financial situations. If patients experience financial hardship, they should identify this when booking, or you can contact the referrer priority line or your CRM to discuss. We strive to accommodate all patients by offering flexible payment plans and bulk billing options where possible.
